Online Homeschool Programs for Homeschooling Education: from kindergarten & K12 homeschools to high school & college home schooling programs

I transferred schools last year and I hate my new school. I am really looking into K12 online. But, I have a few questions.

1.) The public is free right’
2.) Does this require me to have a homeschool teacher’
3.) How does it know which classes you need to enroll in’ Do you like enter your transcript or something’
4.) I am very good at learning on my own and i am an advanced learner. But just wondering, can you get on it any time of day or does it have set hours’

Thanks :)
