Online Homeschool Reviews for Homeschooling Education
This math program provides a solid, basic foundation in math. I like the way that it integrates all different math skills throughout the year instead of isolating geometry, addition, subtraction, measurement, etc. by chapter. We have skipped lessons because they are too elementary for my seven year old. - Math 1: Homeschool Kit (Homeschool Math Grade 1)
Students learn the sources of hundreds of vocabulary words with this new, multi-year program. Unlike many programs that depend on rote memorization, Vocabulary from Latin and Greek Roots incorporates a variety of techniques to teach students the skills they need to determine the meaning of unfamiliar words, while also expanding sight vocabulary. - Vocabulary from Latin and Greek Roots: Book 1

I’m looking for a homeschooling program to go into for my Junior and Senior years of high school. I need something that is slightly flexible so that I can still keep my part-time job and do schoolwork. (On a side note, it would be helpful if I could do this schoolwork year-round – even on breaks – to get done faster as I am also looking into getting my GED).
*I need something that is free or relatively cheep. Not something that’s going to cost me hundreds of dollars a month. But when I mean free I just mean tuition, I don’t mind paying for books and materials, that’s pretty standard.
**My mom is a single mom, and works most of the day and is busy five to six days out of the week. (Which is why I am typing this, not her) But we both have agreed Public School is not an option. However, Since she is busy she does not have the ability to be an active part of homeschooling like most other parents, so I need something that doesn’t require very much – if any – parental advisement on the matter.
I live in Oregon, near Portland, But I do not want to use any K12 homeschooling sites, I’ve seen some reviews saying they were pretty bad.
Any help would be VERY much appreciated.
