Online Homeschool Programs for Homeschooling Education: from kindergarten & K12 homeschools to high school & college home schooling programs

I have not been able to work with the school with any of the 4 kids with special needs. The 8 & 7 year olds have iep’s, the 9 year old has a 504 and the turning 3 year old is unable to access an evaluation.

Below is a copy of a letter sent to everyone asking assistance. Please let me know your thoughts about what I can do now or how I can support the kids. We are unable to change schools, move, homeschool. THANKS

This letter is in regards to an incident Monday, May 7, 2012 that involved -. According to (vp), the school determined restraint and seclusion of – was required. As a result of this incident, – can not attend school until either an investigation is complete or a mediated 504 meeting is held to find solutions. Additionally, it is my understanding that although (Principal) had previously invited (legal guardian) to an SST meeting for a sibling; he has since denied (guardian) access to (elementry school) campus. Therefore due to the constraints put on by the school and the incident that happened to -, we are requesting work to be sent home. Previously it was recommended by (guardian) that -’s younger sibling bring home -’s work, however, we are requesting the school provide an instructor to ensure her access to (school)’s general curriculum.
I am trying to believe this incident was not retaliation. The latest complaints made regarding discrimination include my son, who brought his service dog into the school office and was ordered to remove his service dog by Principal -, and the complaint of (principal)refusing the guardian access to a sibling’s SST meeting after (the guardian) was specifically invited to by Principal – scheduled for that same day, 4/30/12. In addition a complaint 5/7/12 ‘ the day of the incident ‘ which the school gave 24 hours’ notice of a sibling’s SST meeting, not only refusing the guardian access to the meeting, but also not allowing mediation to facilitate as per the guardian’s request.
I hope one of you has the authority to assist in the resolution and I hope we can work together in collaboration to provide – with an education. Thank you for your assistance.
