Okay, so I’m 17 and a junior right now, but only have 2 more weeks of school left. My family is having an incredibly hard time and my dad’s not coming back from a heart surgery he had a few months ago as quickly as we’d like. We’re borrowing money from family to pay our bills and eating ramen for breakfast/lunch/dinner. So, for my senior year I want to home school so I can work full time. I was offered a job at a store to stock dairy products for 3rd shift and the same thing for 2nd shift only for working at a cashier.. the 3rd shift pays more and would be better with sleep schedule and whatnot due to how messed up it already is.

Anyway, I can’t get either of the jobs until I’m 18 which is in a few months so my question is:
is it legal for me to work 3rd shift and home school at 18′

Oh, and I’m in the state of Ohio if that matters. Yes, I know Google would be a good place to research these things but I have been and can’t get a proper answer.
