Home School in MN (Minnesota) for Homeschooling Education

Each lesson does start out with similar things, i.e. weather, time, money, counting. It is repetitive for my daughter, so I only do what she hasn’t mastered. For the reviewer that complained about this being a waste of paper, there are variations in some of it, so it is probably best it is there, especially - Math 2: Home Study Kit (Homeschool Math Grade 2)

I plan on moving to Sioux Falls, SD. I am from Southwest Minnesota. I have a daughter who will be 2 in June. Her father is in the Army, he is stationed in Louisiana. He and I are not together, and haven’t been since October of 2010. He has 50/50 custody. Since he is not home right now, he gave his share of the custody to his mother until his term in the Army is done. She has rights to visitation 14 days out of the month. I was granted as the primary caretaker of my daughter.
His mom lives in Mountain Lake, MN. Sioux Falls is about 2 hours from Mountain Lake.
I really want to move with my daughter to Sioux Falls. My mom lives there. The school I want to go to is in Sioux Falls. I want to work at Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls.
I feel like there is a better life for my daughter and I in Sioux Falls. More job opportunities. Plus, it seems like everything here has been nothing but a failure for me. I don’t feel proud of myself for the way things are going here for me. I want to better myself, and it seems almost impossible to do that if I keep living here. I am tired of the people, and the drama, and the rumors. I want to start new with my daughter and give her the best life I can give her. I want to become somebody both her and I can be proud of. I am miserable in this place, surrounded by these people. Plus, I have always wanted to live in Sioux Falls.
I would still be willing to trade off with her grandmother. My intent is NOT to try to keep her from her father and his family. I would be willing to drive halfway to meet her, or even drive to Windom, which is only 10 miles from Mountain Lake and an hour and 45 minutes from Sioux Falls.
The life I want is in Sioux Falls. I cannot keep living here, for my own sanity, and for my daughter’s happiness as well as my own.
I am worried that her father and his family is going to try to start legal problems. Things would be the same as they are now, they would STILL get their time with her and I am even willing to drive 95% of the way for trade-offs. The only difference would be that I would be living in a different state.
Would I be able to go about this legally’
