I’m moving out of my parent’s house after high school on neutral terms. My mom told me that if I need anything then I’ll always have a place at home. I’m moving into a 1 bedroom apartment with 3 other guys. We’re trying to find an apartment thats 1000-1100$. So far, my friends tell me that they are also on neutral terms with their parents. What we want to know is, what expenses should we worry about’
Car insurance’ Health insurance’ etc. We’re not sure what happens when we leave. Are we still covered if we move out’
Tl;dr- I want to know what expenses that will be mandatory to pay for in california. I also want to know how much tax they cut off of my paycheck. Lets say I work 8$ an hour minimum wage, how much do I make on account of CA taking a tax cut from my money’
There are places we’re looking at. Some places pay for electricity, others pay for water, gas, and trash disposal. I’m pretty sure our parents will pay for our phone bill still.
